Wednesday morning started as what has become the new normal: a depressing amount of news threatening to keep us all feeling bad about a wide range of scary topics. But Popped host and social media wiz Sarah Hill (known now as Norfolk Woman) decided that she wasn’t going to spend her day drowning in a sea of politics and anger.

The challenge was accepted, and the most adorable Twitter war ever was started. Zoos and Aquariums across the country joined in to throw down, pitting their most cuddly critters against one another, each trying to prove that they were the cutest.
